Arizona State Tax Credit FAQs
The Arizona State Tax Credit is the opportunity for you to tell the state of Arizona how you would like a portion of your Arizona taxes spent. AllThrive 365 is a QCO (or qualified charity organization), which means that AllThrive 365 is eligible to receive your tax credit dollars.
We want to make it as easy and affordable as possible for you to redirect your Arizona State Tax Credit to AllThrive 365, so when you contribute through payroll deduction, the donation will be deducted directly from the taxes that you pay and will not affect your take home pay amount.
For the 2027 tax year, you may claim a credit of up to $506 if you file as single or married filing separately, and up to $1,007 if you file jointly. You can give any amount up to those limits.
Every employee who participates in the Champions for Change campaign will receive 8 additional hours of paid time off as a thank-you for giving. These hours will appear in your ADP account as a separate “Champions for Change” PTO balance after your participation is confirmed.
